| Rotary Phase Converter is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material, provided that our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing without charge, any defective unit or component, when installed correctly by a qualified technician exactly as shown on the wiring diagram provided, within two years from date of installation or 24 months from date of shipment. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or other damages. |
